Our merchant services accounts allow easy integration with QuickBooks for key transaction level detail needed. You can have this imported directly from the merchant statement each month. This allows your bookkeeper, accountant or CPA and tax advisor the detail they need to help you make fiscally responsible decisions about your business.
An important bit of advice worth mentioning — we do see a limitation on the benefits of this software. Thus, we do not recommend going “all in” with the platform.
In other words, use it for what it is best doing. Bookkeeping, record keeping and financial statements.

We have consistently been able to offer savings when processing credit cards in a traditional way but also, with non credit card/debit card payments. (Yep on those ACH and eCheck transactions.)
Clients have recently told us they have been charged “more than expected” when using the QuickBooks system for this payment processing.
Sure, we know it is “easier” and we thought they offered a cap in the total fee assessed, but that is not what we are hearing anymore. (Maybe those discounts expired? Maybe they’re no longer available? We are not entirely sure.)
So, this is worth a second look.
Recommendation: Consider a switch from QuickBooks ACH and eChecks to TransAct and realize potential savings. We offer a very low percentage on these transactions (and, really, we offer a very low overall cost on all of our processing.)
